Ci eravamo gi&agrave; stati l&#39;anno scorso perch&egrave; da Firenze &egrave; un p&ograve; lontano, ma il posto fresco e l&#39;atmosfera simpatica ripaga del percorso !!Cibo sempre buonissimo, sia la carne che il contorno di insalata veramente speciali e la schiacciata fatta da loro superlativa, nonch&egrave; ottimo rapporto qualit&agrave; prezzo.Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha illustrato il perch&egrave; della carne cos&igrave; buona (allevamento da lui selezionato ) e della alta digeribilit&agrave; data la particolare cottura della carne, cosa non di poco conto dato che ero anche con mia mamma ultranovantenne.Ci torneremo senz&#39;altro. Ristorante nel fresco paesino di Saltino, che sono per la temperatura, nella calde giornate di luglio,ne vale la pena. Il locale ha sia posti dentro che fuori, ma mentre all&#39;interno &egrave; poco spazioso, fuori c&#39;&egrave; una terrazza molto grande e arieggiata, quindi la consiglio.Per il coperto i piatti e le tovaglie sono in cartone su dei tavoli da pub, che per me non cambia nulla ma per altri forse pu&ograve; risultare troppo spartano.Per il men&ugrave; ci &egrave; stato raccontato sia la tipologia di carne che il metodo di cottura usato, e li abbiamo capito che il vero punto di forza del locale, oltre la carne, &egrave; la passione che ci mettano i proprietari nel proporre una cucina cos&igrave; unica e complicata nella realizzazione. Quindi consiglio di chiedere direttamente a loro su cosa prendere visto che avvolte il men&ugrave; pu&ograve; essere diverso o mancare qualcosa. Per il prezzo ci hanno chiesto sui 35 &euro; a testa ma col 30% di sconto di the fork, per&ograve; abbiamo preso tutti il piatto pi&ugrave; grosso, con molti  tipi di carne per assaggiare un po&#39; tutto, pi&ugrave; birre e contorni.Consiglio sicuramente il pulledpork e le salsicce speciali loro, ottima anche la schiacciata.Che dire consigliatissimo, e consiglio di prenotare, perch&eacute; durante i weekend che c&#39;&egrave; sempre tanta gente.
